Airbox produces the most comprehensive suite of situational awareness tools available anywhere on both desktop PC's and mobile platforms. Designed for mission planning, operations, and after-action review, Airbox is trusted by law enforcement, federal government, as well as commercial entities seeking enhanced situational awareness in complex environments.

Operational environments are becoming increasingly challenging, and the need for advanced collaborative platforms to meet those challenges has arrived. Airbox is the most secure, collaborative, and user-friendly situational awareness (SA) tool on the market.

Airbox surpasses conventional user requirements, while remaining adaptable to any domain of operations – and with over 50,000+ missions each year, it has been tested to the highest standards.

Unlike existing SA tools on the market, Airbox is adaptable for conventional, covert, and clandestine operations, as well as partner force distribution - all while keeping ISO27001 data security standards and advanced encryption at the forefront. Take control in any situation

Multi-platform, multi device

Available across iOS, Android and Windows the Airbox software scales over Laptops/PCs, tablets and mobile telephones, allowing for joint working regardless of platform or device. Granting each member of the team access to situational awareness in a format appropriate to their location and role; allowing information to pass along all levels of the organisation keeping everyone informed.

Maps and Charts

Maps and Charts

Official OS maps and CAA charts are available to download and store on the device ensuring that they are available regardless of connectivity levels. Airbox also gives access to Street View and satellite mapping enabling the user to make a full assessment of the location they are about to enter. Our Aviation users also have access to Airspace overlays giving them critical information for planning their routes in high traffic areas.

Schematics and Overlays

Schematics and Overlays

Understanding the space around you is crucial in situational awareness. Adding building schematics, site layouts or even pre-planned routes to the Airbox software will allow your teams to make informed decisions. Having schematics at your fingertips ensures that critical minutes are not lost trying to locate safe entry/exit points and allows remotely located team members to have a better understanding of the environment that teams on the ground are operating in.

Annotation

Annotation

Adding annotations to the map within the Airbox software is a powerful tool, allowing for clear information sharing with users in your mission. Freehand drawing, circles and geofences are used to mark hot, warm and cold zones with geofences alerting (by banner and sound) if a user crosses into it. Adding Points of Interest to the map such as Rendezvous Points and giving them a title gives a visual marker to users and the title allows for it to become searchable and therefore easy to navigate to.

Tracking

Tracking

Tracked assets can be Airbox users, or via integrations with third party trackers. Tracking assets within the Airbox software give remote viewers knowledge of where their teams are allowing for easy redeploying of assets close to an incident or event. Allowing assets to be tracked also assists the safety of lone workers in dangerous situations, as a remote viewer will have knowledge of their location via the software.

E-Logging

E-Logging

The ability to create an observation log within the Airbox system allows for each detail to be logged in an auditable format which can be used for evidential purposes if required. The E-log is downloadable by the user in PDF format allowing for it to be emailed out to relevant personnel as required. Each entry is date and time stamped and any amendments are saved so that all stages of an operation are captured in real time.

Navigation

Navigation

The Airbox system allows for the building and sharing of routes by road, air and sea. Points of Interest can be navigated to reducing the need for radio communications as all assets can simply build a route with minimal screen touches. Our connected user tab gives users the ability to navigate to team members regardless of whether they are stationary or still on the move. Breadcrumb trails can also be enabled, allowing users previous movement to appear which can be used in difficult terrain to follow colleagues into incident locations.

Live Video and Sensors

Multiple video streams can be shared at any one time within the Airbox system allowing remote Commanders or organisation managers to view details of any incident their teams are responding to. Each user has the ability to live stream video from their device, all streamed videos are saved and can be rewatched as required. Videos can also be streamed from outside of the Airbox system via integration work allowing for footage from CCTV, Drones or body worn technology to be shared.
